NeoXFortress Gateway identifies the agent, binds it to mission scope, enforces allow / deny / human-review decisions before execution, and generates verifiable evidence afterward.

Founder background

Julio Berroa is the founder of NeoXFortress and a cybersecurity infrastructure engineer who has spent 15+ years defending high-trust networks against large-scale attacks.

Julio was an early employee at Prolexic, one of the original leaders in DDoS mitigation before its acquisition by Akamai. His career spans Akamai Prolexic, Neustar, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, where downtime, trust, and evidence matter.

NeoXFortress was built from that operating experience. Authority before action. Proof after action.
